Raining Colors was introduced late in the sessions while looking for something fresh to play. Backing tracks for the version heard here were captured live after only a few run-throughs and provided a very bare and funky feel. The addition of the synth and shaker gave it more of a hypnotic tone, while the bongos and brass sounds brought a little classic soul.
